This Warranty Policy explains the terms, coverage, and procedures for warranty services applicable to all refurbished hardware products and accessories sold by ScrollinPanda Technologies Private Limited 

⚠️ Note: This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from ScrollinPanda’s official website or store.
Products bought through third-party marketplaces or resellers are subject to their respective warranty and return policies.


Warranty Period

Standard Warranty

  • 🖥 All Products (Except Apple): 1 Year from the date of purchase.

  • 🍎 Apple Products: 6 Months from the date of purchase.

Extended Warranty

  • Customers can opt for an extended warranty of up to 2 years, extending coverage beyond the standard period.
    Extended warranties must be purchased at the time of the original order.


What Is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues related to materials or workmanship under normal use, as per our published guidelines.

Hardware Components Covered

  • Display / Screen

  • Motherboard

  • Keyboard

  • Hard Drive / SSD / RAM

  • Ports and Connectors

  • Accessories included in the original box (6-month coverage)

We will repair or replace defective components that fail during normal use within the warranty period.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Third-party accessories or add-ons not provided by ScrollinPanda.

  2. Software issues, including operating systems, drivers, or applications.

  3. Physical or accidental damage, such as cracks, dents, or liquid damage.

  4. Battery degradation or other consumable parts affected by normal wear and tear.

  5. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or upgrades.

  6. Cosmetic damage or minor imperfections not affecting functionality.

  7. Damage due to misuse, external causes, fire, flood, or electrical surge.

  8. Products with removed or altered serial numbers.

  9. Devices reported as stolen or locked due to security reasons.


Customer Responsibilities

Data Backup

Before sending your laptop for service, please back up your data.
ScrollinPanda is not responsible for any data loss during repair or replacement.

Proof of Purchase

You must provide a valid invoice or order ID for warranty claims.
Additional details or photos may be requested to assist with troubleshooting.


How to Request Warranty Service

1️⃣ Contact Support

Describe your issue in detail and attach proof of purchase.


2️⃣ Remote Diagnosis

Our support team will try to resolve the issue within 24–48 hours through remote guidance or troubleshooting.


3️⃣ On-Site / Service Center Assistance

  • For on-site serviceable locations, an engineer may visit within 5–6 working days.

  • For non-serviceable areas, you may be guided to ship or visit the nearest authorized service center.


4️⃣ Facility Inspection

If the issue persists, ScrollinPanda may arrange for product pickup or request you to ship it to our service facility for detailed inspection and repair.


5️⃣ Replacement or Refund

If the issue cannot be resolved, ScrollinPanda may:

  • Replace your product with an equivalent model.

  • Offer a refund (subject to depreciation and inspection report).

Replacements are covered under the remaining warranty period of the original product.


Shipping & Packaging

  • If your claim is valid, ScrollinPanda covers two-way shipping costs.

  • If the issue is found ineligible, you may be responsible for return shipping.

  • Always use secure packaging — we are not liable for shipping damage caused by poor packaging.


Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any product.

  • Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described.

  • ScrollinPanda is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including data loss, downtime, or business interruption.


Professional Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, professional environment for all customers and staff.

  • Abusive or threatening behavior toward our team will not be tolerated.

  • Customers can report unprofessional conduct by staff at support@scrollinpanda.com, and all complaints will be investigated seriously.


Changes to This Policy

ScrollinPanda reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on our website.


Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
